VALID PHOTO ID required for all testing services. Students will be asked to fill out a Test Cover Sheet (TCS) completely for each exam.
No food, drink, cell phones, smart watches, computer tablets or bags of any type allowed in the Testing Center. No children allowed within the Testing Center, and no unattended children are allowed to wait outside the center. At the Ontario Testing Center, all electronic devices must be turned off and placed in a locker.
The first placement test for TVCC students is free. If the student chooses to re-test, there is a $10 re-test fee which must paid in Student Services before testing. Only cash, money order, or check are accepted. A total of 2 re-tests allowed per year.
All Distance Education students who will not be testing in the TVCC test centers in Ontario, Caldwell, or Burns must make arrangements for proctoring with another institution. The Proctor Approval Form can be found under "Forms and Guidelines" on the menu to the left.
Testing Center hours vary depending on the time of year. Please refer to Testing Center Hours before planning to take your test.

ONTARIO - The testing center is located next to Student Services. Test-takers should enter at the west Student Services Center entrance and take the door immediately to the left.
CALDWELL - The testing center is located on the third level of the Caldwell Center in room 314.

CLEP tests are given on Wednesdays by appointment only. There is a $15.00 fee to TVCC for proctoring the CLEP test. Please refer to the link on the left for more information on taking a CLEP test.
