CTE Dual Credit
The Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program offers high school students college credit in CTE classes taught in high schools by qualified high school instructors. The program is free for Oregon students, and Idaho students are able to use their Fast Forward funds through Idaho's Advanced Opportunities program.
The CTE College Credit is a Dual Credit option for students seeking a 2-year degree in a technical field and is designed to award college credit for skills attained while still in high school. At TVCC you can begin earning college credit through our CTE College Credit programs as early as your freshman year in one of our partnering high schools.
The registration process is facilitated online by the high school teacher. All high school students (freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors) can take Career and Technical Education classes.
