Get Into a Fun and Exciting Career

TVCC's Aviation Science program provides quick entry into an often daunting field. Our hands-on training allows you to become a professional fixed-wing or helicopter pilot, enabling you to begin a career as soon as you complete the degree. After building your initial experience as a flight instructor and as a graduate, you may find excellent employment with cargo transport, scenic tours, or in small-scale operations.  Continue to move on and become a commercial pilot.

TVCC conducts Private Pilot Helicopter training in-house and works with Silverhawk Aviation Academy to offer all other Helicopter Flight training.  Fixed-Wing Program is a fully in-house, Part 61 flight training at our Ontario, Oregon campus.

TVCC's Aviation Science program allows you to fly within weeks of enrollment. When you're ready to begin, you'll be assigned a flight instructor with whom you can develop a flight training schedule. Our unique partnership allows you to integrate your training into your schedule.

Our instructors have years of in-flight experience and a real-world common sense about becoming a pilot. We provide a comprehensive orientation for all incoming and interested students. This includes a detailed explanation of what students can expect from the program and industry connections to help you get started in your new career.
