Library services are not limited in any way to the building we are in! The Library provides equal access to all our resources for students regardless of their location. Click on any of the following links for more information about the service.

 

 

  • Borrowing. Check out items from our collection of fiction and nonfiction books, magazines, CDs, and DVDs with your Student ID card.

  • Inter-Library Loan. Check out materials not owned by the TVCC Library by accessing our interlibrary loan systems, SAGE and WorldCat.

  • Library Card. Turn your Student ID card into a Library card with our online request form.

  • Reference. Get guidance on your information questions by speaking to one of our librarians

  • Information Literacy. Develop your research skills by scheduling a one-on-one information literacy session with our librarians or by registering for our free online information literacy course

  • Course Reserves. Read your assigned course textbooks for free in the library.

  • Open Educational Resources. Access and learn more about the free and open textbooks many of our instructors assign for your classes.

  • Room Reservations. Reserve one of our three student study rooms. All rooms are equipped with a flat screen and DVD player.

  • Computer Lab. Use the computers and printer in the Library.

  • Scanning. Scan documents and textbooks with our KICK Scanning system to create MP3 files, searchable documents, and flash cards.
