TVCC Career Fair

TVCC Career Advising Services and Student Activities are hosting a career fair for TVCC students and the local community from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, in the John J. Easly Memorial Gymnasium. The event is free and the community is invited to attend.

Currently more than 35 employers representing local businesses, larger corporate entities, state/local/federal agencies, and non-profits are registered to attend.  These employers include work fields such as healthcare, manufacturing, business, office administration, education, social and support services, banking, natural resources, agriculture, office administration, and law enforcement and others. Employers will be available to speak with students and local job seekers about current job opportunities, and offer advice on how to position themselves to get into various careers within a variety of professions.
