We know starting college can be an exciting time - and it can be a little overwhelming too. 

There's nothing quite like your first year of college. New challenges and opportunities are waiting for you. This is an exciting time, but it can sometimes be a little scary, too. That's why we created the First-Year Experience (FYE) at Treasure Valley Community College. FYE is here to help you make a smooth and successful transition to college life. Participating in all the FYE programs  and using the resources listed on these pages will help you build a foundation of success that will support you during your first year at TVCC, and all the way to graduation!

TVCC's staff and faculty is here to help you prepare for your future! Talk with them about career goals and options after you complete your degree or certification.
