Seminar on the 2017 Total Solar Eclipse

TVCC will host an assistant professor of physics at Boise State University May 31, who will talk about the upcoming total solar eclipse.  

The American Astronomical Society lecture, "The 2017 Solar Eclipse" will take place at 5:30 p.m. in room 104 in the Science Center. Boise State University assistant professor of physics, Dr. Brian Jackson, will be the speaker, discussing the history of eclipses, how astronomers have used them to find thousands of exoplanets, and how to safely observe a solar eclipse. The lecture is open to the public, and it is free, so please join us!
