TVCC Science Instructor Sammy Castonguay will present "Great American Eclipse 2017: Where will you be and what will you see?" at 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 20th at the Malheur Educational Service District board room in Vale.

Castonguay will cover eclipse basics, scientific study during this eclipse, viewing safety, and detailed observations to make during the eclipse.

The free community event is sponsored by TVCC, the Malheur ESD and the Malheur Enterprise newspaper. The first 50 people to attend will receive free solar eclipse glasses provided by the Malheur Enterprise.
