One of our most important events this fall is an educational program providing "Alcohol Awareness" for our students. This year, Student Activities is sponsoring a program entitled "A Shot of Reality" which will be held Thursday, October 12th at 7:00 PM in the Weese Building.  This same program will be held at the Caldwell Center at 3:30 PM.

Unlike previous years, the program this year is an upbeat, fast paced, and in-depth look at alcohol awareness on campus and in life. Members of the Mission Improvable Comedy Group take the serious topic of alcohol and college life and deliver a moving message infused with comedy.  It is an alternative to a "lecture" and has been achieving successful outcomes throughout the college and university system.  The program is interactive and will invite some students to the stage to act out real-life scenarios.
