Sodexo is contracted to handle the food service operations at Treasure Valley Community College. They serve three scheduled meals during the day and a brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday in the Weese Building. Every student living in the residence hall is required to purchase a meal plan. Food service commences Sunday dinner before classes begin every quarter. There is no food service available during the summer quarter or over the Thanksgiving, winter, or spring breaks.
Meals can only be used by the participant and are non-transferable. If a student resident would like to buy a meal for another resident/student/non-student it will be taken from the Flex Money account. The week will reset each Sunday morning. Unused meals are forfeited each week. Unused Flex Money will not roll forward from quarter to quarter.
To-go meals and Flex Money can be used with Simply-to-Go items located in the Weese Building. These items are pre-made items available for students to grab and go.
Students have the flexibility to change their plans within the first two weeks of each term. Students must choose one of the following three meal plan options:
Gold Plan ($1,102.00 per Term)
The Gold Plan ($1,102.00 per term) provides 19 meals per week and $50 in declining points (Flex Money) for the quarter.
Silver Plan ($999.00 per Term)
The Silver Plan ($999.00 per term) provides 14 meals per week and $50 in declining points (Flex Money) for the quarter.
