Creating a simple and streamlined admission process is important to us. By following these steps, you will be on your way to your degree.
Step-by-Step Enrollment Process
Step 1- Complete and submit the online application form
Step 2 - Apply for Financial Aid
Step 3 - Arrange COMPASS placement testing either on campus or via a remote testing site
Step 4 - Meet with your enrollment advisor via phone advising session to plan first term classes
Step 5- Contact the TVCC Bookstore and arrange for textbooks to be shipped to you, 541-881-5705

Online courses will appear in Blackboard the Friday before the first day of each term.
You will need to log into Blackboard to access your classes. http://blackboard.tvcc.cc.

Before beginning your first online course, you may want to take the online Blackboard orientation. The short self-guided orientation lets you verify that your computer has the proper plug-ins needed, and that you know where to find specific tools within Blackboard. You can self enroll in Bb101 - Intro to Online Learning.
1. Login to Blackboard
2. Click the "Courses" tab at the top of the page, just above where it says "Welcome, Your name"
3. Type bb101 in the Course Search box, then click GO.
4. "bb101" will be displayed under Course ID. Click the drop down arrow, click Enroll, and finally, click Submit on the last page.
When you go back to the My Institution tab at the top left of the screen, you will see Bb101 - Introduction to Online Learning listed in the My Courses module. Click the title of the course to enter.
