Early Childhood Education: Early Intervention/Child Development Associate
Career Pathway Certificate of Completion (CPCC)
The four courses for training in Therapeutic Intervention for Young Children along
with initial child development concepts are offered as a pathway to attaining a degree
in Early Childhood Education. These courses provide education experience and training
in therapeutic intervention in the areas of Child Neglect and Abuse; Children of Incarcerated
Parents; Homeless Children; and Critical factors in Parent Neglect.
All courses required for the Early Intervention Career Pathway Certificate of Completion
(CPCC) are included in the Early Childhood Education Therapeutic Intervention AAS
option. Students seeking ONLY the CPCC may not be able to utilize financial aid.
